Mahogany Forest in Spring, Texas

Located in Memorial Northwest this English tutor was built in 1979.  It has 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms and is 2480 square feet.  The house suffered neglect from its previous owners.  The interior of the home was filled with items hoarded 3 feet deep and it even spilled over into the backyard. After hauling away 3 dumpsters full of contents we were finally able to see the condition of the home.  Here are some before and after pictures to show the progress.
