Beautiful house near Lake Houston.

We acquired this home from a previous investor who started the drywall but didn’t finish the renovation.  Our team touched everything from the windows to the floor.  We converted the old wet bar into a spacious pantry.  Created a beautiful mudroom area and large laundry space.  The Master closet was larger by converting a desk area off the living room. New vinyl plank flooring was installed upstairs along with a new hot water heater and new solar window covers to help with energy efficiency.
