The Mirror House

Located in the Woodlands Texas this home was stuck in the 70’s.  We nicknamed it the “mirror house” because several walls in the home were covered in mirrors. Clear Sky purchased the home from the seller because they had too many electrical issues to pass a home inspection. They weren’t able to sell it on the open market and they didn’t want to pay to fix it.

Our team performed a number of remodel services to bring this home back to market value.

• Replaced all flooring
• Repainted inside and outside of home
• Demolished a leaking solarium and replaced with a covered patio
• Replaced all kitchen cabinets and countertops
• Replaced the front door
• Remodeled the master bedroom and bathroom
• Replaced broken windows
• Leveled the floor to eliminate 1 step down
